Why we built BlueInvoice: invoicing shouldn't need an accountant.

Freelancers and small EU businesses just needed a clean PDF invoice and a fast way to check a client's VAT number, without wading into full accounting software. So we built exactly that.

   The invoice nobody wanted to explain A fast, browser-based invoice builder with PDF export and a bulk EU VAT number checker, no sign-up required.
2. Now In progress
   Tightening the shared look and feel We're aligning BlueInvoice's navbar, logo, and language switcher with the rest of the RapidFoundry family and rounding out translations.
3. Next Goal
   Deeper e-invoicing compliance With the requirements reference pages already in place, the next step is turning that content into guided, structured e-invoicing exports as EU rules tighten.

This tool is one of several products built by the same small team, under RapidFoundry. Same rules everywhere: free where we can make it free, and nothing about you sold to anyone.
