Our Story
几年前，在管理自由职业项目和小企业客户时，我们不断碰到同一个令人沮丧的问题：没有任何一款工具能够妥善处理发票定时发送。你可以在这里创建发票，在那里发送邮件，但要让系统在指定的未来日期自动向客户发送发票，同时还能在不切换标签页的情况下验证增值税号，这样的功能根本不存在于任何简洁、实惠的解决方案中。我们不得不用电子表格、日历提醒和三个不同的应用拼凑在一起，才能按时收款。这个问题值得被解决。
于是我们从零开始打造了 BlueInvoice，从最让我们头疼的两个功能入手：定时发票发送和集成增值税验证。早期用户推动我们做得更多 - 更流畅的发票创建流程、更智能的邮件发送追踪，以及一个真正一目了然的仪表盘。我们添加的每一个功能都来自真实的抱怨，来自某个人曾经手动处理的真实痛点。没有任何功能是为了凑数而存在的。如果它不能真正消除开票流程中的痛点，就不会上线。
如今，BlueInvoice 被自由职业者、代理机构和小企业主广泛使用，他们需要的是能配合自己日程安排的开票工具，而不是反过来迁就工具。我们的使命很简单：让专业开票变得轻松自如，无论你是给一个客户开票还是给一百个客户开票。我们是一支小团队，自己每周都在使用这款产品，这让我们始终清醒地知道下一步真正需要改进的是什么。
RapidFoundry's Story
RapidFoundry is the company behind this project. We didn't start with paperwork - we started with people. Our three co-founders had been working together for years across different projects, and somewhere along the way we realised that the best work we ever did was the work we did together.
By 2025 we were already building, and on 3rd February 2026 we made it official with the founding of RapidFoundry Ltd in Limassol, Cyprus. We share a simple belief: building great products should be collaborative, honest, and a little bit fun. So instead of going our separate ways, we decided to build something of our own - a company focused on creating tools and apps that genuinely make people's lives easier.
We listen closely to the people who use what we make, we iterate quickly, and we grow together with our community. Our vision is to grow RapidFoundry into a true product studio - launching a whole family of tools and apps under one roof, each built with the same care, simplicity, and community focus that drives everything we do.
