Our Story
몇 년 전, 프리랜서 프로젝트와 소규모 비즈니스 클라이언트를 관리하면서 저희는 계속 같은 답답한 벽에 부딪혔어요: 인보이스 일정을 제대로 처리해주는 단일 도구가 없었던 거예요. 여기서 인보이스를 만들고, 저기서 이메일을 보낼 수는 있었지만, 특정 미래 날짜에 클라이언트에게 자동으로 인보이스를 보내면서 탭을 전환하지 않고도 VAT 번호를 검증할 수 있는 시스템은 깔끔하고 합리적인 가격으로는 어디에도 존재하지 않았어요. 저희는 제때 대금을 받기 위해 스프레드시트, 캘린더 알림, 그리고 세 가지 앱을 억지로 조합해서 쓰고 있었어요. 그건 분명히 해결할 가치가 있는 문제였어요.
그래서 저희는 가장 불편했던 두 가지 기능부터 시작해 BlueInvoice를 처음부터 만들었어요: 예약 인보이스 발송과 통합 VAT 검증이에요. 초기 사용자들은 저희에게 더 나아가길 요청했어요 - 더 깔끔한 인보이스 생성 흐름, 더 스마트한 이메일 발송 추적, 그리고 한눈에 파악할 수 있는 대시보드까지요. 저희가 추가한 모든 기능은 실제 불편함에서, 누군가가 수동으로 처리하던 실제 임시방편에서 나온 거예요. 기능 목록을 채우기 위해 만든 건 하나도 없어요. 인보이스 처리 과정에서 진짜 불편함을 없애주지 못하는 기능은 출시하지 않았어요.
현재 BlueInvoice는 자신의 일정에 맞게 작동하는 인보이싱이 필요한 - 그 반대가 아니라 - 프리랜서, 에이전시, 소규모 비즈니스 오너들이 사용하고 있어요. 저희의 미션은 간단해요: 한 명의 클라이언트에게 청구하든 백 명에게 청구하든, 전문적인 인보이싱을 쉽고 자연스럽게 느낄 수 있도록 만드는 거예요. 저희는 소규모 팀이고, 지금도 매주 직접 이 제품을 사용하고 있어요. 그게 저희가 다음에 진짜 무엇을 개선해야 하는지 솔직하게 바라볼 수 있게 해줘요.
RapidFoundry's Story
RapidFoundry is the company behind this project. We didn't start with paperwork - we started with people. Our three co-founders had been working together for years across different projects, and somewhere along the way we realised that the best work we ever did was the work we did together.
By 2025 we were already building, and on 3rd February 2026 we made it official with the founding of RapidFoundry Ltd in Limassol, Cyprus. We share a simple belief: building great products should be collaborative, honest, and a little bit fun. So instead of going our separate ways, we decided to build something of our own - a company focused on creating tools and apps that genuinely make people's lives easier.
We listen closely to the people who use what we make, we iterate quickly, and we grow together with our community. Our vision is to grow RapidFoundry into a true product studio - launching a whole family of tools and apps under one roof, each built with the same care, simplicity, and community focus that drives everything we do.
